Who we are

What we collect
When you send a consultation request or email us, we collect your name, your company, your email address, the facility size you select and anything you write in your message. If you become a client, we also hold the contact details of the people we deal with at your company.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and to discuss whether and how we can help you raise finance. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you ask us to act for you, taking steps at your request before entering into an engagement. We do not use your information for marketing lists and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Our website host, Netlify, receives form submissions and passes them to us. Our email provider stores the correspondence. Both act on our instructions. We share your information with prospective lenders only after you engage us and give written clearance.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by approved contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for six years after the engagement ends, to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@fourkornersadvisory.com and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or tracking tools.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
